200-470 THERMAL ASH CONTROLLER

The Thermal Ash Controller monitors input from the thermocouple on the Coal Gun and uses the resulting temperature to control grate movement. Grate movement removes ash from the bottom of the coal pot, which in turn results in unburnt coal flowing by gravity from the hopper into the combustion area.

Used in all S500 & S1000. S130 &S260 before 2022 used this controller as well. If you have a newer Coal Gun, see 200-470.1
