412-145 SILICONE DISC FOR AIR VALVE

The Silicone Disc is manufactured from a high temperature silicone stock, and serves as the gasket seal for the Air Valve Gasket Disc [413-040]. This Disc may be purchased and bonded to the back plate to renew the seal. Alternate Heating Systems recommends that most users purchase the complete Air Valve Gasket Disc to insure good seal performance. Successfully renewing the seal, as performed by the end user, requires good procedure and attention to detail when fixing this seal to your Disc backplate. Any roughness on the backplate will result in a leaking Air Valve.
